  • Meat loaf with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with cashews.

  • Dilled Chicken Stroganoff with buttered noodles and green beans 

  • Parmesan Pesto Salmon with rice pilaf and broccolini.

  • Lamb Chops with Garam-Marsala Crumbs, au gratin potatoes and peas with celery and shallots.

  • Sour cream chicken enchiladas with Spanish rice and cucumber salad.

  • Mushroom Strudel with summer squash carpaccio.

  • African Vegetable Stew with marinated tomato salad.
